Fallen by Lauren Kate
There’s something achingly familiar about Daniel Grigori. Mysterious and aloof, he captures Luce Price’s attention from the moment she sees him on her first day at the Sword & Cross boarding school in sultry Savannah, Georgia. He’s the one bright spot in a place where cell phones are forbidden, the other students are all screw-ups, and security cameras watch every move. Even though Daniel wants nothing to do with Luce–and goes out of his way to make that very clear–she can’t let it go. Drawn to him like a moth to a flame, she has to find out what Daniel is so desperate to keep secret . . . even if it kills her.
So I finished this book last night. And it took me a while to get into it, like it took me a while to get into. But I liked it once Daniel started paying attention to her. Which was like 100 pages from the end so I was just like -_-, that was my face I'm for real. But I really liked Luce, and I LOVED her name. Lucinda, how freaking awesome is that? I thought it was pretty cool that she had, had past lives, but she didn't like it. So I was just like wtf. But I am so upset with myself for liking Cam. So upset, you have no idea. So, yea I own this book and I would recommend reading it, but prepare yourself for a slow start.

Maximum Ride: The Angel Expriment by James Patterson
Max and her Flock—Fang, Iggy, Nudge, The Gasman (Gazzy), and Angel—are the results of a genetic experiment inflicted upon them from birth that made them recombinant DNA life-forms. Grafted with avian DNA, gifted with wings, and enhanced with the ability to fly, they are on the run from the scientists who made them. They are constantly tracked by lupine-human hybrids (Erasers) designed by the scientists to hunt them down with a childhood acquaintance of the Flock's, the newly-turned Eraser Ari, at their head. When Angel is kidnapped by the Erasers, it is up to the Flock to rescue her. As they embark on their mission, fleeing from Erasers at every point, they are also faced with the question of their origins. Ultimately, an even larger and more important mission emerges for Max alone to face—saving the world itself.
So I read this book last year, and I was going to read it again, but I got caught up in the House of Night books, so I haven't read it in a while. Things might be a little fuzzy. But I do remember I really liked it. I liked it so much I even asked the teacher if i could go to the town library when I finished each one. It was exciting from the start, with the Erasers kidnapping Angel. I loved Iggy, Nudge, and the Gasman. Angel is like my little girl, and Fang is the best of all. But Fang pissed me off during one of the other books so I will forever be mad at him till I figure out what happens in the last book. I really liked how they were a family, even though none of them are related besides Angel and Gazzy. I loved everything about this book, and I plan to reread the series soon.

Nightshade by Andrea Cremer
Calla Tor has always known her destiny: After graduating from the Mountain
School, she'll be the mate of sexy alpha wolf Ren Laroche and fight with him,
side by side, ruling their pack and guarding sacred sites for the Keepers. But
when she violates her masters' laws by saving a beautiful human boy out for a
hike, Calla begins to question her fate, her existence, and the very essence of
the world she has known. By following her heart, she might lose
everything--including her own life. Is forbidden love worth the ultimate
sacrifice?
So I got this book from my Dad on Christmas, and I was all like Dad I didn't want this book. So he was all like well, it was the only thing I could find at Walmart. I was just like, wow dad, wow. But anyway so every book I own I try to read. So I picked it up one night and didn't put it down. I read it none stop, till I was finished. I loved how everything was different. It was like the Keepers were on top instead of the humans. And how the guardians were like a big happy family. I loved almost everybody, Calla, Shay, Ansel, Bryn, Mason, and everybody else were so amazing. It was an amazing story. I'm not really sure which picture is the cover so I put them both, I have the one on the left, but I have seen people with the one on the right, so I don't know. I really liked this book and I love being able to call it mine.

The Summoning by Kelly Armstrong
Ok so I know that almost all the books I have put on here I have been all, "I LOVED THIS BOOK!" but ima do it again I LOVED THIS BOOK! Like at the top of my favorites, it's that amazing. From her getting sent to Lyle to her running away with my man Derek, it's all amazing. I just love Chloe, from her always second guessing herself all the time to her wit and bravery. I love all the characters, Kelly did an amazing job on this one, I even thought the bitch of the story, Tori, was awesome. It was an action packed, mystery, with a little page turning romance. And I am so team Derek, but I didn't really get into him till like book two or three, so for this one I was team Simon, so woo go Simon, but sorry man but... GO DEREK YOU ARE MY MAN! Aw some book loved it as you can tell, so go find it at the library, or go buy it. Right now, or Chloe will send the corpses to come find you O.o!

Paranormalcy by Kiersten White
This book was given to me by a friend, so I wasn't sure if it was worth me reading. But I LOVED it. I loved it so much I made Melanie read it. She LOVED it, and so she went and bought Supernaturally. We both loved it and can't wait for Endlessly to come out. I love Evie so much, she is right up there with all my main girls like Bella, Katniss, Clary, Chloe, and Laurel. Shes like the funny one, always cracking jokes, even though she hates being at the agency. And Lend, god amazing is all I have to say. I have a list of book boyfriends, and guess who's on there. LEND! Gosh, Kiersten's way of writing is so awesome. You keep writing girl, and I'll keep reading.

Born at Midnight by C.C. Hunter
One night Kylie Galen finds herself at the wrong party, with the wrong people,
and it changes her life forever. Her mother ships her off to Shadow Falls—a camp
for troubled teens, and within hours of arriving, it becomes painfully clear
that her fellow campers aren’t just “troubled.” Here at Shadow Falls, vampires,
werewolves, shapshifters, witches and fairies train side by side—learning to
harness their powers, control their magic and live in the normal world.
Born at Midnight is one of my new favorite books. It's a newbie on my shelf, but it better feel privileged to be on my shelf. But anyway, I love it. I'm really into the whole paranormal books. So Born at Midnight was totally worth the ten dollars. I love how Kylie's parents are going thourgh everyday divorce. Most books they either have the perfect little family or it's just a single parent. Plus, Kylie is so funny. I thought is was hilarious when she kicked perry out for turning into a cat, to get into their dorm/home/cabin/ thingy. And she did a sex check on him, SO funny. Anyway I love everyone to my main girl Kylie to even the little guys like Perry. Amazing book can't wait to get Awake at Dawn!

Wings by Aprilynne Pike
AMAZING! This is one of the few books that I actually went out and bought. I loved how she is a faerie. Freaking blew my mind. But what was good about the whole faerie thing was it was so different then what most people think of fairies, I mean come on, they are plants in the book! Amazingly amazing. But it was kinda boring for a few chapters, cause she was just trying to fit in at school cause shes never been to public school. BUT, then David comes in being all helpful, like wanna sit with me? So Laural's all like sure! Anyway getting off track I love everything about this book, go read it, right now, GO!

Tiger's Curse by Colleen Houck
OK, first off I freaking L-O-V-E this book. This is one of my top series, ever. I love everything about it, from the freaking amazing main character Kelsey, to the Rajaram brothers. OK, back it up, hold on let me review it. It is kinda hard to get into for a while cause all Kelsey does at the beginning is do stuff at a circus and read to Ren. But hey, I'm all for it just being Kelsey and Ren, but he was a tiger the whole time and Kesley had know idea he was a guy. So I was just like OK, weird. But, other then that there was only one part I didn't like, and when you get there your gonna be like OMG HOW COULD YOU, but I love it anyway. Go read it, its amazing its an overall 9, and if you know me I don't give high ratings a lot, to be honest I don't think I've ever gave a book a 10. Anyway love it!

Wake by Lisa McMann
Wake is a novel by Lisa McMann centered on seventeen-year-old Janie Hannagann's involuntary power which thrusts her into others' dreams. The novel follows Janie through parts of her young adulthood, focusing mainly on the events that occur during her senior year, in which she meets an enigmatic elderly woman, and becomes involved with Cabel, a loner and purported drug-dealer at Fieldridge High School. The book is set up in a diary like form, specifying the date and time at which each event occurs.
Wake is a very good start to a good series. But, with that said there are some parts that are very confusing. Like I didn't understand how one day Janie and Cabel never talked, and the next day they sat together on the bus and it was like he knew she could enter peoples dreams. Freaked me and Melanie out (Melanie is my go to person for books, so her opinion or thoughts might pop up sometimes). I really liked how it was so different to most books coming out now, but at the same time I couldn't stand how it was in a diary. No offence to any author how writes like the book is journal/diary, but I just can't stand books like that. I always feel like I'm missing something, like they didn't write it down. But anyway, I really liked the series once I got into it. Its a over all 6.

Marked by P.C. and Kristin Cast
Young teenagers are selected to enter a four-year period transformation to a vampyre and marked with an the unfilled mark of a crescent moon. Those are sent to their local Houses of Night, private schools directed by vampyres, specialized in helping the adolescents, called fledglings, survive the Change. Young fledgling Zoey is unusual: unlike other normal fledglings, she bears a filled mark, a sign that the goddess of vampyres, Nyx, has bestowed a great destiny onto her, but she also has to deal with normal high school girl issues:school, boyfriends and the evil popular girl waiting just around the corner.
The House of Night series is one of my favorites. Marked is about Zoey turning into a unique fledgling. She has to leave her home and live at the Tulsa House of Night with all the other fledglings. Great story plot, I think. Lots of people say its slow getting into it and I agree, but don't put it down. After a while you can't put it down. I absolutely love all the characters, from the heroine Zoey, to all her new wonderful fledgling friends, they all have a spot in my heart. If your looking for a different kind of vampire book this is the one for you. I love this book and it's a great kick off to a wonderful series.
BOOM! That was my first review, I know kinda sucky but you'll learn to love them. I hope you liked it ^_^
